Finish or Fling has had a bit of a break, while I've been thinking of new stuff to work on - even if that's not quite what designating 2010 "The Year of the UFO" was all about...
This was something else I bought in Havant, I think. So it dates back to 1998, if not earlier. It's quite a big piece, it's designed to have three strings of Christmas cards hanging from it.
Pros:
- Quite a lot has been done
- It's very cute
Cons:
- Beading is fiddly
- It's going to annoy The Hermit and aggravate his allergy to Christmas!
So ... Finish or Fling?
Verdict: Finish.

That's very cute and definitely worth finishing up! I'm sure you might already have explained, but why is The Hermit so anti-Christmas? Just curious...
Sorry but if the Hermit is bothered by it, is it really worth finishing no matter how cute? How about giving it with all the leftover pieces to someone that will finish it and enjoy it more. Just my 2 cents worth.
Well I am glad you are finishing it, but if The Hermit will get aggravated, why not finish it and give it as a gift to one of your family, that way you enjoy the project and keep from stirring up The Hermit. BarbM
